Headstrong Foundation is a Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) established in 2020. Initially, our core mission was to expand skill development within the built environment. However, as we registered the organisation during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, we quickly adapted our focus. We recognised the urgent need to create a social initatives wing that addresses the basic needs of our targeted beneficiaries. By ensuring these needs are met first, we lay the gorundwork for effective participation in our skills training with clear exit strategies, ensuring our beneficiaries can transition successfully into sustainable opportunities.
